Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at overgeneral@naver.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or free replacement, and you will not be charged for return shipping.

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you may still request a return within 14 days. In this case, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and your refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

How to Start a Return
Email us at overgeneral@naver.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees, if any were charged, are non-refundable.

Exceptions
Final sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
